You have project goals to achieve. Our engineers know how to make it happen.

Solve Problems by Seeing More
Every aspect of a project is connected. That’s why you want an engineering team that values your input, communicates, and creates solutions together. With expertise in a wide range of engineering fields, our team can take on part of a project or the whole thing.
Engineering a Local Ambulance Center
This new 6,463 SF facility serves the City every day, and it needed to be built to facilitate easy transportation and flawless logistics. Klingner’s approach included:
- Structural engineering designed an “essential facility rated” pre-engineered steel building primed for future expansion.
- Site development developed a plan that facilitates safe and rapid ambulance deployment.
- MEP designed a zoned HVAC system as well as radiant heat in the apparatus bay. An emergency generator was also incorporated.
Our bids came in within 3.5% of our Architect’s estimate. This helped the City create a better working and living experience for first responders, benefiting everyone in the community.

Capitol Theater Rehabilitation in Burlington

Through a series of meetings with a representative of the Capitol Theater Foundation and criteria provided by the State Historic Preservation Office, AHC developed a rehabilitation that balanced the needs of a modern performing arts center with the historic character of the building.
- MEP designed modern electrical and HVAC systems that did not disrupt the building’s historic details.
- Site development created an exterior ramp that blended into the streetscape to enhance the building’s accessibility.
- Environmental engineering conducted preliminary building investigations for hazardous materials.
After 35 years of sitting empty, the Capitol Theater was brought back to life as a vibrant, 400-seat performing arts center.
